When booking an appointment with us, that time is reserved especially for you and is no longer available to another client.

To help us keep appointments available for everyone, we kindly ask that you keep the following in mind:

• 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment price if we are unable to fill the appointment. We will always do our best to fill the appointment when we receive short-notice cancellations.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) will be subject to a fee of 100% of the scheduled appointment price.

We understand that life happens. If an unexpected illness or emergency comes up, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to work with you based on the circumstances.

If you’re unable to attend your appointment but would still like to use the time, you’re welcome to send a friend or family member in your place. Please just let us know ahead of time.

• Missed appointment fees are not eligible for direct billing or insurance compensation.

Depending on our schedule, late appointments may not receive the full session time allotted for the treatment service booked.  Full payment will be required for the original time booked.
